3 Arrested in Connection to Pendleton County Killing
Three people are now in custody in connection to the killing of a man in Falmouth.
Christopher Powell, 31, of Georgetown, Ky., died on Sunday from injuries sustained Second Street in the Pendleton County city. Kentucky State Police did not say how Powell was injured.
On Wednesday, investigators announced the arrests of Shawn Richie, Jason Wallace, and Christopher Harris.
Richie, 45, of Falmouth, and Wallace, 39, of Butler, were charged with first degree manslaughter. Harris, 41, of Falmouth, was charged with tampering with physical evidence and hindering apprehension of a fugitive.
All three are being held at the Boone County Detention Center.
Kentucky State Police said the investigation is ongoing.
