Car Stolen from Covington Hotel

A vehicle was stolen from a Covington hotel.

Covington Police reported Tuesday that a 2016 white Nissan Pathfinder was taken from the Best Western Hotel (200 Crescent Avenue) on Monday.

Kyle Fernandez, a guest at the hotel, reported to police that he left his key fob in the car.

Security cameras showed at least two suspects checking car doors in the parking lot, and then entering the Pathfinder and making off with it.

Police said they received a report of a sighting of the vehicle in the Cincinnati neighborhood of Price Hill at 1 a.m. on Tuesday.

The car has Missouri plates with number GA40P.

The primary suspect, police said, is described as a black male in his late teens or early twenties. He was seen wearing a white or light t-shirt, black or dark basketball shorts, and white socks with black or dark sandals. He is associated, police said, with a 2000s dark Jeep Commander.

Call police with any information.
