Sipple Selected for Business Courier Leadership Trust

The Cincinnati Business Courier Leadership Trust announced the addition of Newport business operator Mike Sipple, Jr. to join its ranks.

The Trust is made up of local influential business leaders, executives, and entrepreneurs.

Sipple is president of Centennial Talent Strategy and Executive Search, which recently relocated to Newport.

He was chosen for membership by the Cincinnati Business Courier Leadership Trust selection committee due to his experience, leadership, and influence in the local business community. Sipple is an expert in talent strategy alignment and has spent his career building leadership teams and business cultures.

He has recently launched two new ventures: the Talent Magnet Institute, a collaborative of consultants who help leaders and organizations become “talent magnets”, with an associated podcast growing in popularity; and along with his wife, Amber, recently cofounded IMPACT Cowork, a new executive meeting and coworking space in Newport.

“Cincinnati’s thriving business community is powered by leaders like Mike,” said Jamie Smith, president and publisher of the Cincinnati Business Courier. “We feel a need to be proactive and constantly fine tune our programming and content. We’re honored to be creating a space where the region’s business influencers come together to increase their impact on the community, build their businesses and connect with and strengthen one another.”

As an invited member, Sipple will contribute articles to the Cincinnati Business Courier website and participate alongside fellow members in expert panels. He will connect and collaborate with a vetted network of local leaders in a members-only directory and a private forum on the group’s mobile app.

“I am honored and excited to be joining the Cincinnati Business Courier Leadership Trust and excited to convene with leaders who care about the impact we have on the Cincinnati region,” Sipple said. “This is also a national effort by American City Business Journals and we will all get to interact with leaders from all across the country. I know the leaders participating will continue to elevate the region’s we serve in and will be called to action making our nation more successful for all people. I am committed to doing my part and look forward to being a part of this Business Courier initiative.”
