Two Dogs to Marry in Fundraiser for Rescue
O'l Red and Reba announced their pending nuptials.
The two senior coonhounds will be wedded in a ceremony in Covington on Sunday, October 6, as part of a fundraiser to benefit Furgotten Dog Rescue.
Ol' Red and Reba were rescued after being "left behind due to their age and medical needs," the organization said in a news release.
Proceeds from the "Furgotten Dog Wedding" will go towards medical, training, and food expenses for all the dogs in the Florence-based rescue.
And yes, the dog couple have a wedding registry on Amazon.
The wedding is scheduled for 2 to 6 p.m. at Braxton Brewing Company (27 West 7th Street, Covington).
Tickets for the event can be found here.
