3 Northern Kentuckians Appointed to State Boards, Commissions
Governor Matt Bevin announced a new round of appointments to state boards and commissions, a list that includes three from Northern Kentucky.
Thomas D. Baxter, a director of respiratory care from Melbourne, was appointed as a member of the Kentucky Board of Respiratory Care. His term expires October 31, 2022.
The Kentucky Board of Respiratory Care regulates and controls the licensing and conduct of respiratory care practitioners within the Commonwealth.
Neil Gilreath, a private investigator from Covington, has been appointed as a member of the Kentucky Board of Licensure for Private Investigators. His term expires August 15, 2021.
The Kentucky Board of Licensure for Private Investigators regulates and controls the licensing and conduct of private investigators within the Commonwealth.
Steven E. Alley, a vice president of sales from Union, has been appointed as a member of the Water Transportation Advisory Board. Her term expires September 30, 2023.
The Water Transportation Advisory Board advises the executive and legislative branches of government on matters pertaining to water transportation. It also promotes economic growth of the waterways and riverports, establishes guidelines and protocol for riverport maintenance, improvements, grant approval, and all matters regarding Kentucky waterways and riverports.
