Thomas More Football Loses Big at Home
Thomas More football dropped a home game against Bethel on Friday night, 49-7.
With the loss at BB&T Field in Crestview Hills, the Saints fall to 2-1 on the year.
Bethel ran up the score early, leading 14-0 after the first quarter and then 28-0 at halftime.
By the end of the third quarter, Thomas More was down 35-0.
The Saints got on the scoreboard in the fourth quarter with 11:30 to play when first-year quarterback Blaine Espinosa connected on a 44-yard touchdown pass to sophomore wide receiver Roques Dowdy, and then junior kicker Alexander Haley added the point-after.
