Five from NKY Receive Appointments from Gov. Beshear
Five people from Northern Kentucky have been appointed to state boards and commissions by Governor Andy Beshear.
Steven Hensley, of Villa Hills, and Brian Houillion, of Florence, were reappointed to the Kentucky Emergency Response Commission. Notably, Beshear also reappointed Jenean Hampton, a Republican who served as lieutenant governor under Beshear's predecessor Matt Bevin. Hampton and Bevin had a falling out during Bevin's term, and Bevin replaced her on his unsuccessful reelection ticket in 2019.
Meanwhole, the governor added Regina Watts, of Covington, and Erin Tiemeyer, of Ft. Mitchell, to the Commonwealth Council on Developmental Disabilities.
Watts is director of activities at the Point.
Northern Kentucky University professor Kimberly Clayton-Code, of Crittenden, was appointed to the Kentucky Advisory Council for Gifted and Talented Education.
