We Talk with the Architect Behind the Ludlow Yards Project
The Ludlow Yards project may be the most talked-about non-development in Northern Kentucky right now.
A rendering released last week excited the community, as well as civic boosters who have called for a more creative approach to new residential and commercial developments in the urban core.
As new residential buildings pop up in Cincinnati, Covington, and Newport, a common refrain is that the architectural style is the same, or at least similar.
Hub + Weber Architects created the Ludlow Yards rendering as an experiment and the City of Ludlow is running with it and hoping to lure a developer to town in order to make the vision a reality. Jim Guthrie, a partner at the Covington-based firm, joined RCN's Michael Monks to talk about the project.
