New Bellevue Real Estate Office to Emphasize Urban Core Opportunities
There is a new real estate office open in Bellevue.
Realtor Jon Amster announced this week the opening of his new office at 315 Fairfield Avenue. It's an "urban core" real estate office, he said, and will work to draw more attention to the urban living opportunities in Bellevue, Newport, and Covington.
“Bellevue, Newport, Covington, and surrounding areas offer a superb option for city living in the Greater Cincinnati area,” said Amster, who has lived with his wife, Beth Cleves Amster, and raised their three children in Bellevue for more than seven years. The community roots run deeper as Cleves Amster’s family has lived in Bellevue for several generations and has been in business directly next door to the new office at Cleves & Lonnemann Jewelers since 1932.
The new office opens January 1 and will be run by Amster, who is an agent with Comey & Shepherd Realtors.
“Operating a team office allows us the flexibility to locate in Bellevue, while having full access to the marketing, management, and support staff of one of the largest, and most distinguished brokers in our region,” said Amster, whose real estate career spans more than twelve years and who will be joined in the new office by Steve Guidugli, an experienced Kentucky real estate agent, lifelong Bellevue resident, and member of the Bellevue City Council. Amster and Guidugli will form “The Jon Amster Team” in the new office and may add an agent or two to the team in the coming months.
The new space will be used to meet clients, host gatherings, and take part in the many Bellevue community events, Amster said.
The Jon Amster Team sells residential real estate all over Greater Cincinnati in Kentucky and Ohio, but hopes to use the new location as an opportunity to focus on sales within the urban core.
“When people talk about the urban core, they usually refer to Downtown Cincinnati, but the Kentucky side of the river offers similar historic homes, walkable neighborhoods, and short commutes,” Amster said. Homes in the urban core of Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky were typically built around the turn of the 20th Century and require a special level of attention when buying or selling. “Our team will focus our knowledge and experience to create the smoothest transaction possible for clients,” Amster said.
