Millennium Falcon to Land at NKU this Weekend
Northern Kentucky University hosts a Hollywood experience this weekend as the Millennium Falcon docks at BB&T Arena in Highland Heights.
A replica of the ship’s interior based on the new movie Solo: A Star Wars Story will be open for free tours from Friday, April 27 through Sunday, April 29.
NKU/Highland Heights kicks off the limited Millennium Falcon Experience tour.
The exhibit is to promote the latest Star Wars prequel movie. Constructed by skilled fan builders, the Falcon’s hold and cockpit reproduce in every detail the interior set seen in “Solo: A Star Wars Story.” After it wraps up at NKU, the Millennium Falcon heads to Atlanta, Denver, Salt Lake City, and Los Angeles. Solo: A Star Wars Story opens in U.S. theaters on May 25.
Tickets are provided on a first-come, first-served basis starting Friday, April 27 at 11 a.m.
Find it at BB&T Arena's production lot.
The event runs Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
