Listen: Discussing the New Era for Northern Kentucky Senior Centers
Our region continues to pick up the pieces and carry on the offerings that were once provided by Senior Services of Northern Kentucky, the social service agency that abruptly shuttered last fall.
It was announced at the end of March that three area senior centers would now be operated by the Northern Kentucky Community Action Commission. The sites in Elsmere, Ludlow, and Williamstown will be directed by Rhonda Chisenhall, a new hire at NKCAC. She and NKCAC executive director Florence Tandy join RCN's Michael Monks in The River City News podcast studio for an in-depth conversation about what it all means.
